Hospital Day . Mommy ~ 29th - 30th of May ~

Here's the thing.. Mommy got like some kind of stone inside her bile.
But the way isn't by surgery
So it's by cleaning all things in the intestine .. by drinking "garam ingrgris " English Salt ?
By that , it's by defecate .. suddenly mom went to the toilet all around ..
and until it became only water, it means that the intestine is clean already.
Then time to drink the olive oil and extract lemon/orange..

Muffin Baking with Sissy ~ 27th of May 2011

So on the 27th of May , my big sis and I made baked muffins together. Since Sis is a big fans of muffin, okay I'll help her.
They're edible :D and actually tasted good... Unfortunately the texture is a lil bit hard..
But we are proud of the result :D
After all struggles we made. hehe

Ingredients
560 gr of Wheat Flour
500 gr of Sugar
500 gr of Butter
15 gr of Baking Powder
10 gr of salt
8 eggs
3 egg yolks
75 ml of Milk

Here's the steps I made . ( So these aren't the most correct steps of all )

1.I prepared two big bowls

2. In the first bowl , I input the flour ,salt, and baking powder. And mix them all 

3.In the second bowl, I input the butter,and sugar first. Mix them. Input the eggs. Input the milk . Then input the mixture from the first bowl

4. Mix Mix ~ Stir Stir ~ Tadaaaa.. prepare the muffin shapers (or containers)

5. ( Here's the trouble.. We didn't wait for the butter to melt.. so the texture was not creamy but hard.. eww . that was a mistake . Because sissy kept telling "Hurry Hurry ! It will rise ! hurry!" -.- But the most important thing is to mix everything carefully till soft..not to be hurry..)

6.Put the muffin papers into the containers. Put in the dough just enough to each container..

7.Put them into the oven with the temperature of 180 degrees celcius . wait for 20 minutes and tada !

( NB : Actually. Heating the oven is the first step. And we actually didn't use our oven. -.- Suddenly the oven couldn't work.. so it came to.. NEIGHBORS <3 ...We used the oven next door . Hehe.. Thank Goodness I know them well ~ :D Thanks to Mbak Sri that let me to use the oven ~)

I made a mess :D Using the melting dark chocolate and cover them all :D

Used some flour,fermipan,milk and egg to make the pancakes :)

 Okay ~ So I just hope my experience could get yours too ^^
Oh ya. And we enjoyed the meal by watching Harry Potter 5 ( Order of Phoenix ) :D :D

Michaela's Birthday ~ OMG. I'm posting about the 11th of May -.-

So it's been a long time.. since I have no lot of  time to transfer the pics.. resize it, and so on..
So This is about Michaela's 18th Birthday Party :D
This party was just so awesome! Simple but Fun :D
We only celebrated it on the first floor of Domba Coffee Shop ~ (2nd floor is where they lived )
But it was simply exciting, it was more called as BBQ party ~ although not so outdoor

We came back home

I love my 8B class so much :)

After being in 8th grader for a long time, I started to know deeper about my classmates' characters,temperaments, and stuffs. There are lot of differences , and sometimes fights. But we still can work on it, and be together as one. 8B :D and the most interest thing is when we do things together :)

22 students of 8B when on the 7th grader road to 8th

              plus AJI(the guy) the new guy at 8th grader. Jasmine(with red bricks as background) and Vira (with white shirt)
What we do in no-teacher-teaching or free time period are : 
1. Watching movie using LCD projector and speaker together
2. Play hide and seek around the area of the school ( I know.so childish isn't it ? but it's so fun :D )
3. Make video of songs (lip sync with crazy actions <the boys while the girls are watching by holding laughs>)

5. Play wet ! :D using bottle of water, make a very small hole at the cover then press it and it's like water gun
6. Play throw-throw :D Throwing stuffs such as paper  ( I know. the class will be in chaos and so untidy.. I have no problem with it.. but i have to warn them to keep the class clean < it's a rule :( > I actually want to make the dirtiest class ever :p )
7.and the recent thing we did .. is playing TRUTH OR DARE :) OMG that was just so fun. Most of us pick "truth" , well what's wrong of being open with our own classmates ? We have to haves trust of each other :)



I just love my class so much :) So thankful to God that I met them all and have them as my classmates :)

Cooking "Tumis Kangkung" in english = Saute Water Spinach

So.. Today. Mom and Kak Ratih were so tired from work. And they didn't cook vegetable at all. we were from a big supermarket buying vegetables. as we arrived at home. I cooked Saute Water Spinach..
Okay all i needed were Big Chili, Garlics, water spinach, and soy sauce or something :p

First input the oil, the garlics, the chili. then the water spinach.. then the soy sauce .. then cover for a moment..

hahaha.. It tasted yummy :) Mom gave a compliment :D
